Saniplast

Founded by Comm. Luigi Corioni, Saniplast is an Italian manufacturing company which is in the field of bathroom sector for more than half a century. The first production plant was opened in 1965 in San Paolo, in Brescia’s province. This unit was from the very beginning designated to the molding and manufacturing of thermosetting wc seats and items.

In 1970, the Company grew with the construction of a new plant in Ospitaletto. This unit specialized in the production and molding of thermoplastic items and it became the logistic center and the headquarter of the society. Here the R&D department is also located and works.

Nowadays, Saniplast has three manufacturing plants, with a total area of 60 thousand square meters, 25 thousand of that are covered.

Each plant is specialized in a particular production and material: UF toilet seats and accessories, thermoplastic accessories, bath mats and multi-purpose carpets in cotton.

A wide product range with one single aim: furnish the bathroom with quality items and functionality.

Three are the brands for the offer: Saniplast for the thermoplastic products, Progetti for the metal ones and Saniflor for the carpets.

Undisputed core business of our company is the production of toilet seats in thermosetting material. Saniplast is one of the leaders for this production in Europe.

It has reached over the years complete vertical productive processes and this allows to care for a new project from the very beginning till the end of it developing all the necessary steps: the design, the prototyping, the engineering and mold making until the delivery of the product on market.

The final result is a wc seat which combines the “industrial guarantee” with the handicraft care for details.

We believe in two important facts in order to guarantee the best quality of our products: a continuous improvement in the training of our workers and a inner quality specialized laboratory. Our need to embrace innovation and change is proved by our several industrial patents, including the soft close hinge system SSCS, entirely developed and produced in Italy.

The know-how achieved over the years, the commitment to ensure high quality standards and our manufacturing flexibility in order to meet our customer demands have made Saniplast a reliable and well-known brand on the market.
